MUSCAT: Repatriation of stranded Pakistanis continues as another batch of more than 280 passengers flew back home on two flights from Oman.
According to a senior Pakistan embassy official in Muscat said two flights of Pakistan International Airlines carrying 140 passengers flew from Muscat International Airport to Karachi and Faisalabad.
“These are Pakistani nationals who had requested the embassy that they want to return home immediately. We would like to thank the government of Oman and Pakistan for taking the efforts in arranging a smooth travel,” the official said.

More than 3,500 Pakistani nationals have registered with the embassy so far expressing their interest to return home.
