MUSCAT: Kerala has started the online registration for those Non-resident Indians planning to return to the State once the Central government approves.
Norka-Roots will start the registration process for expats who are planning to come back to Kerala from April 26.
The registration is being launched to facilitate services, including quarantine to the returning expats. However, the registration would not avail priority in ticket booking or reduction in ticket rates. It only gives priority to those who are ill and pregnant women.
