MUSCAT: The Indian CBSE board examinations for Grades 10 and 12 will go ahead as per schedule, a senior official at Board of Directors informed The Arabian Stories.
According to the official, the first examination was conducted smoothly after taking care of preventive measures. The decision to go ahead with the examinations was taken after the BoD received the necessary permissions from the authorities.
The official assured that all special health precautions have been taken to ensure that the exams are conducted smoothly.

“These schools are continuing to thoroughly disinfect exam halls ahead of their respective assessments in order to prevent a coronavirus outbreak,” he said.
As The Arabian Stories reported on Saturday, schools across the country have been closed for four weeks to ward off infection risks from the novel coronavirus.
