MUSCAT: Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) have urged citizens stranded in Iran to confirm their reservations immediately as the last flight from the coronavirus-hit country will fly to Muscat on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
In a statement issued by the Ministry on Saturday asked Omani citizens to book their reservations with Taban Air, the last flight that will fly from Shiraz to Muscat on Tuesday. “We invite citizens who are still in Iran to book their reservations with Taban Air that will fly to Muscat from Shiraz on Tuesday. This will be the last flight to Oman from Iran,” the statement added.
MoFA on Saturday confirmed that 600 stranded Omani citizens had arrived from Iran.
