MUSCAT: US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has met His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Friday, Oman News Agency reported.
During the meeting, His Majesty discussed matters related to bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.
Pompeo who is on a one-day visit to the Sultanate was welcomed by His Excellency Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs.

Pompeo is visiting Muscat as part of his visit to the Middle East, will also meet with a high-level delegation.
