Muscat: India has declared one full-day mourning throughout the country following the passing of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Embassy informed on Sunday.
“As a mark of respect to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said, who passed away on 10 January, 2020, the Government of India has declared that there will be one day’s State mourning on 13 January 2020 throughout India,” the statement by the Embassy of India in Oman read.
