Muscat: Building on its long-held reputation in the Sultanate, Mercedes-Benz has been recognised as one of Oman’s Most Trusted Brands 2019, scooping the award in the “Luxury Cars” category for the third year in a row. Earning its place among the winners, the luxury car manufacturer has rolled out a number of new and exciting initiatives this year alone, reinforcing its commitment to being a customer-centric brand and offering “the best or nothing”.

2019 has seen Mercedes-Benz Oman continue to introduce the latest models to the Omani market, including the youthful A-Class Sedan, the versatile GLC SUV, the athletic GLC Coupé, the super cool CLA and the trailblazing GLE. Taking its customer service to new heights, Mercedes-Benz Oman recently opened its re-modeled, state-of-the-art, customer-centric showroom, the first such facility in the region. It also reinforced its services on the Certified Pre-Owned car front, launching a dedicated new website, where customers can find out all about current stock, benefits, and special offers on the most in-demand vehicles all in one location.
The awards for ‘Oman’s Most Trusted Brands’ are held annually by Apex Media and recognize market leading brands that deliver on their promise to consistently provide the highest standards of quality, reliability and customer experience. Winners were determined through an online survey across the Sultanate, with voting categories split into sectors and then subsections where the figures were evaluated individually. Votes were used to track various brands, their relationships with consumers, and the impact it carries to both local and international brands. This year’s winners were recognised through an awards ceremony at Crowne Plaza, Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, on December 15th.
