Muscat: Marking another success for the Ooredoo family, Abeer Al Sheibani, the company’s Senior Manager for FTTx Service Delivery, recently won the 2019 NTI BizPro Award. In its 13th edition, the National Training Institute (NTI)’s annual competition recognises young business professionals who have made a worthy contribution in the private sector by displaying initiative, innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence in leadership competence. Held under the theme ‘Inspired to Succeed’, the event drew over 200 men and women from various sectors across Oman.
Having worked with Ooredoo for almost a decade, Al Sheibani joined as part of a graduate programme, and quickly worked her way up the ranks to lead the FTTx Service Delivery team. With a forward-thinking Human Resource strategy, the leading telecoms company aims to promote Oman’s best talent, nurture a diversified and equal opportunities culture, and continue to support the development of its family members.
