MUSCAT: Tropical Storm Hikaa will make landfall in Oman on Tuesday, bringing windstorm and heavy rain that will likely cause flooding.
The country’s Public Authority for Civil Aviation warned residents and Omanis to take all necessary safety precautions and stay away from low lying areas.
