MUSCAT: Endeavouring to create a new standard in customer service, INFINITI Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles, extends five hassle-free ways to book service appointment.

A customer has to simply enter the details of the vehicle, choose a suitable date and  Infiniti Oman will confirm the appointment.

We always endeavour to give customers a time slot that conveniently fits into their schedule. INFINITI Express Service

Striving to create a new benchmark in customer service, INFINITI Oman also offers INFINITI Express Service. Available for cars, which are due for their Periodic Maintenance Service every 10,000 kms except the major service, INFINITI Express Service will be completed in one hour.

INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV)

INFINITI Oman has also launched a unique programme titled INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV) wherein customers will be provided with a courtesy INFINITI vehicle to help them be mobile during car service. The ICV programme has been conceived to provide customers with seamless mobility during car service and also provide a chance to experience other models of INFINITI.  

The aim of the ICV programme is to create convenience for service customers (seamless mobility) and provide existing customers with the opportunity to experience other/new models with latest technology.
