Muscat: More than 630,000 students are studying in various public schools in the country this year, according to a report by Oman News Agency (ONA).
This year, there is an increase of 30,000 students compared to the previous year.
According to the ONA report, around 634,770 students are estimated to be studying in 1,166 schools in Oman.

The number of teaching staffs are expected to reach 56,717 this year, while the number of administrators and technicians in schools are estimated to be 11,045.
