Awasr provides its services in six branches of OIFC

The six new authorised OIFC branches are selected in strategic locations to provide enhanced customer experience for Awasr existing customer or and new customer .

Muscat: As part of its ongoing development and modernization plan to provide the best services to its customers, Awasr has commenced its services in six branches of Oman Investment and Finance Company (OIFC), where subscribers can apply for any of its services or make bill payment.

The six new authorised OIFC branches are selected in strategic locations to provide enhanced customer experience for Awasr existing customer or and new customer whom they would like to apply for Awasr services. Five branches located in Muscat governorate at north Al-Hail, south Al-Mabaila, south Al-Muawalih, Al Amerat and north Al-Ghubra and Al Mussanah.

Adil bin Mohammed Al Araimi, Head of Sales at Awsar stated: We aim to provide convenient and exceptional services to our customers, we always seek to simplify the procedures of the services requests and ease payment of bills methodologies. In addition to the WhatsApp application, company website, Awasr branches in Muscat and Qurum City Centre, Oman Avenues Mall and our 12 outlets which are spread across all the areas covered by the company network, the cooperation between us and OIFC will provide an ideal experience for the customers of the both companies where the customer can get all the services under one roof.Awasr is the first specialised company in the Sultanate of Oman to provide high-speed Internet services by using fibre optic networks. It provides services to consumers, government firms, Enterprises and SME’s. Awasr Coverage is extended in most parts of Muscat, and expanded outside Muscat in parts  of Salalah, Sohar ,Al Mussanah and Jabal Al Khadhar with continuous plan for future expansions.
