Muscat: Government officials, public institutions and people in Oman have sent their greetings to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said on the occasion of the 49th Renaissance Day.
“We grew up with his vision, step by step, since the dawn of the Blessed Renaissance,” said a statement from the National Youth Commission. “Let us today continue on this way, and with his vision, we will build. Our loyalty to you, O Sultan of Oman. You have our loyalty, you inspire the youth, and you have set the right examples for us to follow, as you have taught to Oman and to her youth.”
A statement from Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “We extend the highest congratulations and greetings to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said on the occasion of the Blessed Renaissance Day, July 23, and we thank the Almighty to preserve His Majesty and grant him health, wellness and long life.”

“The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has the honour to extend the highest congratulations and blessings to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said on the occasion of the glorious 23rd of July and the day of the Blessed Renaissance, added a statement from the OCCI.
A joint statement from Oman Oil and Orpic Group said, “Oman Oil and Orpic Group extends its heartfelt greetings and warm wishes to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and the people of Oman on this glorious Omani Renaissance Day”
Public welfare and security bodies in Oman also wished His Majesty on the occasion of the Blessed Renaissance.
Al Raffd Fund added: “Many achievements are coming true and the great march is shining bright for Oman. We were directed on this march by the builder of Oman, His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, and we congratulate you.”
Meanwhile, the Royal Oman Police said: “His Majesty the Sultan – the Supreme Commander – receives a cable of congratulations from His Excellency the Inspector-General of Police and Customs on the occasion of the Blessed Renaissance. Glory be to god.”
“The blessed day of the Renaissance is a confident start to a bright tomorrow for Oman,” said Oman’s Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance in a greeting directed towards His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. “PACDA congratulates you on the day of the Blessed Renaissance. We ask the Almighty to give you many returns of health, happiness, and a long life, and to bless the Omani people with progress and safety.”
Both the Majlis Al Shura and the Majlis Ad Dawla (State Council) greeted His Majesty on the occasion.
“The head, members and employees of the State Council are honoured to congratulate His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, on the occasion of the blessed Renaissance Day, the glorious 23rd of July,” said a message from Oman’s State Council. “The glorious July was a new dawn of glory and pride for Oman. It lit the passage of country towards the ports of progress and development, to continue the march forward with determination and ability.”
The Majlis Al Shura added, “The blessed day of renaissance is a confident start for a bright future for Oman and its people. A tomorrow built with hard work and unlimited generosity.”
