Muscat: Starting from July 19, India’s budget airline GoAir will begin daily flight operations from Mumbai to Muscat.

Speaking about starting the new destination, Managing Director of GoAir, Jeh Wadia, said: “Our dailyflight between Mumbai and Muscat is a manifestation of GoAir’s vision for the Middle East. Here we are, in less than six months, with a new route that symbolizes business and leisure and also reminds us the historically strong India – Oman relationship.

Early in March this year, GoAir began its inaugural daily flights from Kannur in Kerala to Muscat.

The Finance Manager of the Mezoon Travel Group, Nitin Pardeshi, said: “It gives immense pleasure to partner with GoAir in Oman.  GoAir has been receiving overwhelming support from guests across Oman for its operations. We are really excited and pleased along with GoAir to introduce Mumbai as second destination for Goair in Oman and it also opens up more avenues to explore between the countries”
