Muscat: The second edition of TechCamp Oman witnessed top three teams taking home total prizes worth $40,000.
With the aim to gain essential technology-driven skills for innovation and enterprise in the highly competitive market, the US Embassy in Oman, in collaboration with Knowledge Oman, the Information Technology Authority (ITA), organised the two-day event, which attracted 430 participants online. 50 people were selected and 7 teams were created.

The first prize winner received $25,000, second winner got $10,000 and third winner took $5,000. The US Ambassador of Sultanate of Oman, Marc J. Sievers, along with Knowledge Oman leaders and the Information Technology Authority were present on the finale event held on Saturday.
