Muscat: American hospitality giant Marriott International is set to open the W Muscat hotel, developed by the sultanate’s Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran) today.
Omran launched the W Muscat in July 2016, alongside the JW Marriott hotel that is set to open in Q3 2019; and the Crowne Plaza in Oman’s Madinat Al Irfan.
Located in the Oman’s Shatti Al Qurum area, W Muscat is a 279-key property comprising 251 rooms and 29 suites, in addition to amenities such as a ballroom, restaurants, a fitness centre, a spa, and meeting rooms.
