Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, has pardoned 478 prisoners on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced.
Officials also revealed that 240 of the 478 prisoners who were convicted in different cases, were expatriates from different nationalities.
