Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said on Monday issued four Royal Decrees.
The first decree appoints Nasser bin Khamis bin Ali Al Jashmi as Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance with the rank of Minister.
The second decree appoints Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Isa al-Harthy as the Undersecretary of Foreign Affiars Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs.

The third decree appoints Sheikh Muhana bin Saif bin Salim Al-Lamki as the Deputy Governor of Dhofar.
The fourth decree appoints Ambassador Dr. Mohammed bin Awad Al-Hassan as the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate to the United Nations in New York
