Stress is everywhere in the modern era. From a school going kid to an old age woman, most of us are stressed due to the social pressure. Positive stress helps as a motivator, helping you perform better. But when the stress level exceeds the limit it will directly affects your mind and body.

Here are a few techiques which can keep your stress at par.

Meditation is the key to happy and peaceful mind. Whenever you are free or you if feel worked up,do simple breathing exercises. Check the difference in your stress level once this becomes a regular practice. Teach kids at an early stage to do simple breathing exercises and let them grow up to be calm and stress free.

Time Management
Idle minds are the devil’s workshop. When you have free time or when you are stressed there will be a tendancy to emit negative thoughts. So use your time effectively and produtively. Prioritize your work and finish them on time and make use of your free time to do somehing you like.

Please yourself
Dont wait for others to appraise you. Instead give yourself a treat with a good meal or spa or with anything you enjoy and get yourself out of stress before you reach there.

Studies have proved that music is the best therapy for stress. Make yourself a playlist of your favourite music and play it whenever you can. It has the power to soothe your mind and body.
