Oman Post ranks third globally in customer satisfaction index

Customer service at the Oman Post ranked third among the best in the world in 2022.

MUSCAT : Customer service at the Oman Post ranked third among the best in the world in 2022, a significant improvement over their position in 2021, which was 43rd globally.

In 2022, the total beneficiary satisfaction score was 92% for postal services, and 90% for shipping, parcels and express mail services.
