MUSCAT– Article One of the decision stipulates that the decision on applications for licensing the establishment of private training institutions shall be suspended temporarily for a period of three years.
Article Two states that the decision does not apply to applications submitted to the Ministry prior to the implementation of this decision; it also does not apply to the applications which have not been assessed to check if they fulfill the requirements stipulated in the private training regulation.
