MUSCAT – The MoU was signed by Eng. Ahmed bin Hassan al Dheeb, Deputy Chairman of OPAZ and Faisal al Tanaak, Chairman International Rescue Company for Air Ambulance and Commercial Land and Sea Ambulance. The MoU stipulates areas of cooperation in providing first responder emergency services, rescue and ambulance services in SEZAD. It aims to provide ambulance services, firefighting systems, marine search and rescue services; aeromedical helicopter and jet-based rescue and emergency; cover third-level injuries and transportation service to an emergency hospital, according to international standards; and establish a training academy to train and certify Omani citizens in emergency-related aspects.
