MUSCAT – The AGM, held on 31st March 2023, elected the new Board of Directors for the period (2023-2025). Following is the new board: Mulham bin Basheer Al Jarf, Eng. Atif bin Said Al-Siyabi, Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Khalili, Ibrahim bin Said Al-Eisri, Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Barami, Khalid bin Talib Al-Hasani, Is’haq Bin Zaid Al Maawali, and Sayyid Zaki bin Hilal Al-Busaidi.
The AGM also appointed Mr. Saud bin Mansour Al Mazrooei as the Company Secretary, and Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Hadrami as the Board Legal Advisor. It appointed the Chairman and the CEO of the company as the official spokespersons on behalf of the Company.
