MUSCAT – The Department of Blood Bank Services has made an urgent appeal to people to meet the blood and platelet requirements during the Ramadan season. Blood donation times during the holy month of Ramadan at the Central Blood Bank in Bausher are as follows: Mornings, Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm; Evenings (daily) from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. ‘Double your alms by donating blood,’ the announcement stated.
