Saudi won’t sell oil to countries that impose price caps, says energy minister

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister said in an interview with Energy Intelligence, which was published by Saudi Press Agency and shared by regional media, that the country would not sell oil to any country that imposes caps on its supplies, and that it would reduce oil production. He also stated that he would not be surprised if other countries did the same.

He mentioned that price ceiling, whether it is imposed on a group or a country, and on oil or any other commodity, would lead to adverse reactions.
