RIYADH: The Omani delegation to the Conference, held under the theme ‘Digital innovation for access to justice’, is led by Dr. Yahya Nasser Al Khusaibi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs.
The conference is being attended by a group of jurists from more than 30 countries around the world. It will discuss several topics, including primarily the future of the judicial system amid digital transformation, the legal dimension of Artificial Intelligence (AI), employing AI to improve justice, data analysis to improve justice, and the future of alternative dispute resolution under digital transformation.
It will also review the prospects for investing in artificial intelligence technologies in developing judicial work, as well as international expertise and model agreements for judicial cooperation.
