Muscat: Three people have been arrested on charges of impersonation and robbery.
According to a statement issued by the Royal Oman Police, the three broke into a house located at a farm in Al Batinah, dressed as policemen and robbed belongings and documents of the workers.
“The Police Command in North Al Batinah has arrested three people on suspicion of using force to commit theft and impersonation of police officers after they broke into a farm house.”

“Legal procedure are being carried out against the three suspects,” the statement added.
The ROP has called on citizens and residents to verify the identity of strangers before opening the doors, allowing entry or handing over documents.
