MUSCAT : On a royal assignment from His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, H.E. Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will patronize the final match of His Majesty the Sultan’s Football Cup for the 2022-2023 sports season, to be held on March 9, at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher.

In the first leg of the tournament’s golden square, defending champion Al Seeb Club and Al-Suwaiq Club will meet on February 20 at Al Seeb Stadium, at 5.20 pm. This will be followed by a second match between runners-up Al Rustaq Club and Al Nahda Club at the Al Rustaq Complex, at 7.40pm.

Return matches will be held on February 25 and 26, where Al Nahda Club will host Al Rustaq Club at Al Buraimi Complex at 5.30 pm, while Al Suwaiq Club will face Al Seeb Club at Al Rustaq Complex at 5.25 pm.
