MUSCAT : The number of visitors to the popular tourist destination of Jabal Akdhar, according to the statistics issued by NCSI, reached 208,423 visitors in 2022, including 112,619 Omanis.
The numbers are hardly surprising given that Jabal Akdhar is a popular tourist destination, especially during the winters, because of its moderate summers and really cold winters, along with the availability of numerous hotels and facilities, and activities like rock climbing and trekking.
