MUSCAT : The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries continues to implement a survey measuring the areas cultivated with vegetables, field crops, and perennial fodder as part of the Agricultural Statistical Data Modernization Project.
The project aims to provide data and estimate the quantities of agricultural production and is an indicator of the contribution of the agricultural sector to the gross domestic product of the Sultanate.
