The joint central laboratories will also enable government and private institutions to review and simplify service procedures and improve their operations to provide a distinguished user experience from beginning to end without regard to the service provider, especially if that is classified under the item of shared services, and will contribute enabling institutions to accelerate the processes of simplifying procedures for government services. Its priority is raising efficiency and quality, as well as refining and developing specialized skills in the field of business analysis and engineering procedures, and enhancing the sustainability of continuous improvement in the government sector.

The “Manajem Laboratories” initiative targets more than 1,000 services within the government’s digital transformation program, during which the participants will discuss 3 approved work streams, the business cycle, and recruitment process procedures. More than 300 participants representing government and private stakeholders (from various commercial, industrial, and service sectors, including municipalities and government institutions that grant licenses that require control and inspection) participate in the laboratories.

It is noteworthy that the stage of simplifying procedures is a re-engineering of the steps and processes of service provision with the aim of improving them and presenting them in an innovative way that helps to provide them faster and more efficiently in order to achieve a distinguished experience for the service beneficiary.
