MUSCAT- The graduation ceremony of the first batch in the Empowerment Program in Public Health in the field of basic applied epidemiology was held today. The program, which began last August and lasted for three months, involved 22 participants from several governorates with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of technical personnel with skills in public health and epidemiology.
The graduation ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr. Saif bin Salem Al Abri, Director General of the Directorate General of Disease Control and Control at the Ministry of Health. The ceremony was also attended by the Regional Director of the American Centers for Disease Control and representatives of the Middle East Network for Community Health.
