MUSCAT- The ‘National Initiative for the Development of Local Administration’, launched by the Royal Academy of Administration in partnership with the Ministry of Interior, aims at promoting economic development at the governorate level.
During his speech at the launch event, His Excellency Sayyid Hammoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, stressed that the initiative seeks to harness the necessary capabilities to improve the work system at the state administrative level, and aims at raising the efficiency and capabilities of its employees at all levels of employment, in line with the requirements of the next stage of construction and development in all governorates.
His Excellency explained that the process of training and refining the capabilities and skills of human cadres in any institution is an important element for raising the quality of institutional performance, thus improving the work environment in it by adding modern management concepts.
