MUSCAT : Those heading to Nizwa at the Muscat Expressway intersection in the Rusayl area are advised to exercise caution until the completion of the road widening project, as the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, in cooperation with the General Traffic Department, will open a temporary traffic diversion on the Rusayl Road in Bidbid after midnight.
