MUSCAT : The market will be designed in an urban style, reflecting the culture and heritage of the Governorate. It will include a number of shops, sales outlets, and areas designated for picnics and seating, in addition to vital public facilities.
The agreement comes within the governorate’s plan to create a partnership between the governorate and the private sector, to enhance job opportunities for the youth and add value to economy and tourism.
The meeting also discussed the commercial road project in the Asilah region with the waterfront development project for Al-Ashkharah beach, and the Al-Ashkharah park development project, in addition to the projects that were implemented in the Wilayat of Ja’alan Bani Bu Ali during the period 2020 – 2022 and the proposed projects for the year 2023.

The meeting was attended by H.E. Sheikh Saud bin Hilal Al Shaqsi, the Wali of Ja’alan Bani Bu Ali, Ali bin Khalfan Al Khaifi, Deputy Wali of Al Ashkharah, and directors of government institutions concerned with the governorate.
