MUSCAT : The Environment Authority stated that the Environment Department in Sharqiyah had managed to spot a green turtle, 20 years after its first visit was recorded. The turtle, it said, was numbered 45,470 in November of 2001.
Ras Al Jinz is a fishing village located in the turtle reserve area in Ras Al Hadd, on the eastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula.
