MUSCAT: The second edition of TAS Conclave, hosted by The Arabian Stories, will have Kawthar Ali Al Hinai among its elite panelists. Al Hinai, a Digital Transformation Empowerment leader at the National Program for Digital Economy, under the Ministry of Transport, communication and information technology, will address the gathering of entrepreneurs, government officials and professionals from the fields of business and economy as well as community development experts, on the importance of adopting digitalization for inclusive, all-round growth.

Having completed her MSc, focused on data science and analytics, from the University Of Leeds, United Kingdom, she attained her certification as scrum master and has completed a number of professional courses, like automation of government services and digital marketing.

She has worked in the technology industry for about 10 years and has gained a wide range of experience in varied fields, including e-business management, deep analysis, research, digital marketing and event management.

She is currently leading the execution of projects and initiatives related to empowering government digital transformation leaders and members with required skills, knowledge and tools to help in accelerating the digital transformation roadmap. This includes identifying gaps and proposing the best empowerment approach.

In addition, she works closely with government entities to provide consultation and advisory in managing their digital transformation roadmap and following the best practices in digital field.
