MUSCAT: A loaded truck that skidded away on the Muscat Expressway on Monday morning caused a huge traffic jam forcing the Royal Oman Police to issue an alert.
ROP tweeted: “On the Muscat Expressway, after the Oman Oil Station Al-Rusail, the line coming from Seeb towards Muscat. Loading of a truck load, causing heavy vehicle movement. The ROP team is at the scene of the accident to deal with the incident. Motorists must exercise caution and abide by the precautionary driving.”
According to information, the truck driver was unaware that movement was prohibited at that point time on the expressway.
