Set in the made-up town of Dakshina Kannada, Kantara is a visual magnificence that brings alive the traditional culture of Kambla and Bhootha Kola. It is accepted that Mythical beings are the gatekeepers and their energies enclose the town. In the story, there is a ripple when a battle of ego swirls along the tradition and culture of the land. The story’s spirit is on human and nature struggle in which Shiva is the defiance and neutralizes nature. There are serious contentions he enjoys. Eventually, a much-anticipating circle prompts a battle between the townspeople and the detestable powers. Will Shiva, the film’s hero, have the option to reestablish harmony and congruity in the town by seeing his reality?
