MUSCAT : The Respiratory Care Week, which falls in the last week of October of each year, is celebrated this year under the theme ‘Excellent Skills – Exceptional Care’.
The celebration was held under the auspices of H.E. Dr. Fatma bint Mohammed Al-Ajmi, MOH Undersecretary for Administrative, Financial & Planning Affairs, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Around 70 health workers from various specializations and respiratory therapist specialists participated in the celebration. In addition, a number of international experts from the Sultanate of Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and India delivered lectures during the event.
The event aimed to exchange medical and scientific information among participants, as well as to benefit from the participating experts.
The 7th Respiratory Care Week touched upon the achievement of respiratory care services in Oman, Saudi Arabia, India, and Yemen.
