MUSCAT: In a very tough contested tournament of 6 teams across audit firms, it was the spirited BDO team that came first. Every individual demonstrated a true spirit of teaming and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

The final play between BDO and KPMG was a thriller. BDO led by Mr. Hashim won the toss and elected to bat first scoring 64 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 6 Overs. In reply, KPMG fell 3 runs short of the target. Haaris Patel from BDO was adjudged the man of the match for his heroics with the bat and ball in the finals.

Alkesh Joshi, Tax partner of EY and Treasurer and Board member of Oman Cricket was the chief guest. Also, Mrs. Abba of KPMG, Mr. Fareed of Deloitte, Mr. Shoeib of Moore, Mr. Nayaz of PWC, and Mrs. Saritha of BDO were the other special guests of the tournament.

Music by DJ Sash and Food from Café Rocket was the highlight of both days.
