MUSCAT: The Ministry of Education, in its educational publication, has announced that the registration would be exclusively for children born in the period from September 1, 2016 to January 1, 2019, and those who are otherwise not accepted in private schools. The child (citizen) must have a civil number on the birth certificate; expatriate children must have a valid resident card in the Sultanate of Oman.
