MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Monday restored the Omani citizenship of 180 people.
The names of those receiving the citizenship are published in the official gazette.
In order to obtain citizenship, expats must fulfil the requirements of the Citizenship Law of Oman including having lived in the country for more than 20 years.
