MUSCAT: Within the framework of Oman’s ongoing endeavors to achieve economic diversification and enhance organizational and operational efficiency of ports in Oman, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has announced the opening of bids to develop, manage and operate the Dhalkut Port in Dhofar Governorate. The bidding process will be open until October 16.
Local and international companies, as well as investors specialized in port development are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the conditions set out in the bidding document. The new project is set to promote and develop the logistics sector in a sustainable and integrated manner.
