MUSCAT: The hosts rider – Mohammed Al Wahaibi of Salalah Club – emerged champions in the 116-km final and fourth stage of the second Tour of Salalah which concluded on Wednesday evening.
Thailand’s Super Shock and Mohammed’s compatriot Munther Al Hasani completed the podium.
The 123-km third stage was also won by an Oman cyclist, Saeed Al Rahbi of Royal Oman Navy.

The total distance of the Tour was 456km in which 70 riders and 12 teams including from GCC states and Asian countries competed.
The second edition of the Tour was also organized by the Oman Cycling Association and hosted in Dhofar Governorate by Dhofar Municipality.
