MUSCAT: The Customs Department of Musandam Governorate, in joint operation with the Coast Guard Center, foiled an attempt to smuggle large quantities of alcoholic beverages by a fishing boat.
The Department of Investigation and Risk Assessment also raided a site for expatriate workers in the Wilayat of Seeb and seized large quantities of alcoholic beverages.
