MUSCAT: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) has launched a home ambulance service in three governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.
Oman News Agency (ONA) tweeted on Monday: “The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority launches the second phase of the home ambulance service in the governorates of Muscat, North Al Batinah and Al Dakhiliyah, with the aim of providing emergency medical care of an advanced medical level to cases that citizens, residents and visitors may be exposed to”.
The services are now available in nine – Muscat, South Al Sharqiyah, North Al Sharqiyah, North Al Batinah, Al Wusta, Al Dhahirah, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Buraimi and Musandam – governorates and more such ambulances will also be launched soon in other governorates.
