MUSCAT: Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalili, the Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman, has urged citizens to offer assistance to Pakistan and Sudan to alleviate the hardships faced by the floods victims in Pakistan and Sudan.
The Grand Mufti tweeted: “We have been afflicted by what has happened to our brothers in Islamic countries such as Pakistan and Sudan and others have affected cities and villages and a lot of money and lives. We have no other choice but to submit to the command of God and submit to his judgment. We call upon everyone to quickly extend a helping hand to them.”
