MUSCAT: As one of the leading medical health care establishments in the Sultanate, Aster Oman has been at the forefront in recruitment of local Omani talent and work force, integrating their contribution towards His Majesty’s progressive Vision 2040.
Since April’21, Aster Oman has recruited 78 Omani Nationals in various capacities in their hospital branches at Muscat, Sohar and Ibri. With the launch of new hospitals in Muscat and Salalah in the pipeline in the next six to eight months, Aster plans to recruit an additional work force of at least 60 Omani Nationals, thereby effectively opening up more opportunities for the Omanis in the health care sector as a part of their proliferation plan.
