MUSCAT: An Omani citizen was rescued by the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) who was critically injured after he fell from the top of a mountain in the North Al Batinah Governorate.
Later CDAA Tweeted: “Rescue teams at the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in North Al Batinah Governorate responded to a report that a citizen was injured after he fell from the top of a mountain in the Wilayat of Sohar. The teams were able to reach him and take him to the hospital in a critical condition.”
On Sunday, another CDAA team saved a woman who was injured after falling from the top of a mountain in Wadi Mibam of Niyabat Tiwi in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate. According to CDAA, the condition of the injured woman is stable.
